At present working as a Junior Advocate with Advoate Girin N. Pandit having his office at, 109, Esplanade Mansion, R.No. 21, 144, M.G. Road,Kalaghoda, Fort, Mumbai – 400 023. The day-to day work includes drafting, pleading, and regular appearance before various courts. Drafting Appeal in Appellate Tribunal, Drafting Plaints, Original Applications, Complaints ( 138 matters), Affidavit of Evidence, etc., all replies and correspondence with clients including Banks. Appearing and attending before DRT, DRAT, City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, M.M. Court and High Court. Making various applications wherever necessary. |
